The correct disposal of WEEE (Waste electrical and electronic equipment) is becoming one of the most crucial spheres in the promotion of environmental and sustainable policies. Which equipment qualifies? Definition of WEEE

WEEE waste is divided into domestic (from households) and professional (generated by companies, economic or administrative activities). Any electrical or electronic equipment not explicitly excluded from the list present in the 2018 regulations is defined as WEEE.
To simplify and provide examples, the following are considered WEEE: large and small household appliances (ovens, refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, etc.), IT telecommunication equipment, consumer equipment, lighting equipment (including electrical panels), electric tools and electronics, some toys, medical devices, monitoring and control instruments, and vending machines.
